Steve Iampietro
As the President & CCO of 4PillarsRx, Mr. Steve Iampietro is a focused executive leader driving effective collaboration across internal functional teams to implement programs that lead to efficient sales operations. His national responsibilities include sales associate development and new market business development.

Mr. Iampietro has over 35 years of Healthcare Pharmaceutical experience in executive leadership positions within the Wholesale pharmaceutical industry. Most recently as SVP of Strategic Accounts at AmerisourceBergen, he managed a national sales team driving multiple billions in profitable revenues, by deploying visionary sale leadership strategies and effective business initiatives to enable the workforce and sales team to drive success.

​In early 2020, Mr. Iampietro, joined the executive leadership team at 4PillarsRx as EVP Business Development to lead National Business Development efforts through creative business practices and focused executive sales management.  Mr. Iampietro was promoted to President in Sept. 2020.

Jaime Hopkins, BS, MBA

​Ms. Hopkins serves as President and Chief Operating Officer of 4PillarsRx and oversees companies’ operations for rebate processing. Her focus is operations management, strategic planning and client focused solutions. Working closely with 4PillarsRx clients allows Ms. Hopkins to generate additional value creation and solve complex problems for large Healthcare & State Prison Systems. In her prior role as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Ms. Hopkins concentrated on providing consulting services in the pharma-healthcare space by advising several publicly traded and privately held corporations.

With her previous 22 years experience in integrated healthcare delivery systems, her focuses involved clinical management, metabolic disorder patient care, and new non-profit and for-profit revenue stream innovation at two regional health systems.  She was instrumental in leading a significant business growth trajectory for both Health Systems during her tenure leading strategic operations, regional sales, P&L management and implementing several diverse integrated IT-based population health models with PBMs, Regional/State Government and associated Commerce agencies.  Jaime's expertise is Operations Management and all aspects of medical & pharmacy rebates for all classes of trade.
